Puppy Pancake Day Returns: Calgary’s Fluffiest Stampede Fundraiser Is Back July 6!

We’re gearing up for our 12th Annual Puppy Pancake Day at Bon A-Pet-Treat! Pet Store & Bakery which will take place on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at our Bowness location – 5111 Bowness Rd NW from 10 AM to 2 PM (or til the pancakes run out).

At this customer appreciation and fundraising event there will be complimentary puppy pancakes with toppings, raffle prizes, goodie bags, spin to win, a family photo booth, caricaturist, adopt-a-thon, in-store sale, human refreshments, pet food vendors and more!

Originally started in 2013 as a response to the Calgary floods, Puppy Pancake Day has become our way of giving back and showing appreciation to our community. 100% of funds raised are donated to Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF), with Bon A-Pet-Treat! matching donations dollar for dollar. ARF will also be joining us for the day with adoptable dogs!
